Return & Refund Policy
At Vibestudio all products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong color, or changing your mind after purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To process your claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the affected item showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
If the issue is confirmed to be due to a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error, we will offer a free replacement or a refund at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, you must contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Returns and Exchanges
As each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Preference changes after receiving the product
